Hospice Companion Support

When a loved one enters hospice care, families often need extra support beyond the clinical services hospice provides. FOY Care offers calm, compassionate companionship to help bring comfort and stability during this time.

Our role is non-medical and supportive. We provide steady presence for the patient and practical help for the household so families can focus on being together.

How FOY Care Can Help

Hospice companion visits may include:

• Quiet companionship and conversation
• Reading, music, or simply sitting together
• Light housekeeping such as dishes or tidying
• Sitting with the patient so family members can rest or run errands
• Supportive presence during a difficult time

FOY Care does not provide medical or personal care. Our services complement the care provided by the hospice team.

Flexible Scheduling

Hospice situations often change quickly. Visits can be scheduled as needed, whether occasional companionship or regular weekly support.

$75 per hour. Two-hour minimum per visit.

FOY Care provides non-medical companion support to seniors and families throughout the Oshkosh area.
