Our Story

While the average Wisconsin agency faces a 91.6% caregiver turnover rate, I believe seniors deserve better than a constant stream of strangers. My boutique model is built on the power of a single, stable relationship.

  1. The Industry Standard: Rotating staff, lost trust, and high turnover.

  2. My Boutique Standard: One dedicated companion, personal connection, and total peace of mind.

Jennifer, founder of FOY Care in Oshkosh Wisconsin, providing private-pay senior companionship and Comfort Check visits for independent older adults.

FOY Care was created from a simple belief: people deserve to feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for as they age.

My name is Jennifer, and I started FOY Care to offer companionship that feels calm, personal, and trustworthy. Care that honors each individual’s comfort, independence, and way of life.

My Mission: Ending the "Revolving Door" of Care in the Fox Valley.

After seeing how the traditional home care industry often operates with high turnover rates and a "revolving door" of different faces, I knew there was a better way. I founded FOY Care to provide a boutique alternative where the relationship comes first.

Why I Do This Differently

In Wisconsin, some care agencies see turnover rates as high as 91%. To me, that isn't just a business statistic; it’s a heartbreak for the seniors who have to constantly meet new strangers in their own homes.

I keep my client list intentionally small so that I can be the same person who walks through your door every single time. I’m not just there to "check boxes" I’m there to:

Listen to the stories that shaped your life.
Connect through conversation, presence, and shared time.
Protect your independence by handling the heavy lifting, so you can focus on the joy.
