  • Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC)

    The ADRC is often the best first stop for families who are unsure what help is available. They can assist with:

    Exploring in-home help options

    Dementia and memory loss resources

    Home safety and fall-prevention information

    Financial assistance programs (if eligible)

    They’re there to listen, guide, and connect you with the right services.

Meals & Nutrition Support

  • ADVOCAP Home Delivered

    Hot lunches served at meal sites and delivered to homebound older adults (60+). Meal sites in Oshkosh include Court Tower, Heritage Court, Mainview Apartments, and others.

  • Senior Dining Program – Oshkosh Area

    Offers low-cost or donation-based meals in group settings, often through senior centers and local sites. These programs help with both nutrition and social connection.
